I am so disappointed that their customer support is so awful because we did like the product. We had a subscription and got an email stating that our order had been delivered and we didn’t receive it. We had a trip the following week and we were expecting the snacks, so I immediately reached out to customer support to let them know our order had not been received and to please resend the shipment. They were extremely slow in responding and I had to reach out a few times to get a response. They said they would send out a new shipment “immediately” and then later asked me when I needed the food by so I could bring it on the trip. A couple of days before the trip, the customer service rep said we would not get it in time, so they could send it after my trip. This was extremely frustrating considering I we had a long email chain back and forth over several days and they never replaced the items. When we had a shipping problem with a different company in the past, the order was immediately replaced and sent out with no issues. While we like the product, I do not wish to give company’s that do not care about their customers (especially customers who have spent hundreds on dollars with them).
