There comes a certain age where we are all wondering "how do I get my baby to eat vegetables" or how can I sneak vegetables in my kid's meal. Right? We are constantly surprised by how moms use Amara and @Joyfullygreen takes the prize for the most creative. Here is her favorite way to get vegetables in her kid's diet. Because let's be serious, this baby food is so good everyone wants to eat it.
DIY Kale Potato Pancakes
Great for babies and kids of all ages!
Ingredients:
- 2 Amara Potato and Kale pouches
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 Egg
- Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Pour pouches, milk and eggs into medium mixing bowl (add dash of salt optional)
- Mix ingredients until smooth, let sit for 5 minutes
- Heat a dab of coconut oil over medium heat on skillet
- Drop 1/4 cup into center of the pan
- Smooth down evenly with a fork
- Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown
- Flip and cook until pancake rises and golden brown
- Optional:
Servings: 2, Prep Time: 3 Minutes, Cook Time: 15 Minutes
